Joe held various roles at i2 including Business Analyst, Consultant, and Customer Solutions Manager. In his role as Customer Solutions Manager, Joe was responsible for achieving customer satisfaction with the Transportation and Distribution suite of products. During his tenure as manager, the customer reference list grew from one customer to 85% of the growing installed base for the Transportation Solution. Joe possesses a strong blend of business management and functional and technical software development skills, enabling him to effectively manage e-Consilium projects to integrate clients' business processes with leading edge technology.
