At e-Consilium we use our proven implementation process to ensure that your project is completed successfully, on time, and on budget. Known as the Rapid Implementation Methodology (RIM), this flexible process is used for complete new implementations or for implementing discrete solutions; from exposing new functionality, to the development and implementation of custom integration features. Through our initial information gathering and analysis, we define specific client requirements and tailor our approach as required to meet our clients’ objectives.
Developed over several years, the methodology includes a set of highly useful documentation tools following best practice project management methods, and including "quick step" guides to supplement missing or complex manufacturer instruction guides.
